The Oceanarium Bournemouth chose TOR Systems earlier this year to support their ticketing, booking and membership offering.
Since going live, the Oceanarium has made huge improvements to their ticketing and membership operation, with the introduction of the Maxim system, including the inclusion of their pass scheme which had previously created a large overhead in terms of resource.
Rupert Stapleton, Acting Operations Manager of the Oceanarium, said: “Since going live with TOR’s ticketing and booking system, our speed of service and customer satisfaction has significantly improved. Throughout our till installation project TOR Systems have worked closely with us to ensure there were no issues when going live. The aftercare we have received has been second to none.”
